Park Street Medical Clinic

We are a family practice clinic and can take care of most of your healthcare needs including physicals, illnesses, referrals, well-child checks, immunizations, women's health care, and many other areas. We accept walk in appointments if the need arises.

Access to services will not be denied due to inability to pay. There is a sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Dr. Buhlke is in the clinic all day Tuesday
Molly Oertwig, APRN is in the clinic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Jenna Abramson, PA-C is in the clinic Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and occasionally on Friday
Jenna Hilker, DNP is in the clinic Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Brandon McLaughlin, PA-C is available PRN, as needed.
